This service is provided after registration and candidate application have been filled, alongside the 1-time registration and processing fee mentioned here. This will give you access to your private account area, where vital and important information will be kept for you, with your convenience and best service in mind. If your future employee originates from another country or city than your own, then you can do your interview through Zoom. Then if and as needed, a personal interview can be arranged. In case of agreement, whereas you will hire the candidate employee you need, a success fee equal to 1 monthly salary is due upon agreement to HRpower and to be settled no later than 15 days after agreement. In the unlikely event of non payment, within the specified time frame, your arrangement is cancelled and you agree that your payment is still owed and due to HRpower. A credit or debit card may be required for the security of the transaction or to facilitate payment.
